20m shares underwritten at 25 cents, sp11 cent

this resolution was passed today unaminously. The director's company is willing to pay 25c per share which is quite amazing given the sp is just 11.5 cents. They must have enormous faith in their company as they could have underwritten the entitlement at just 15 cents per share and still be allocated most of the 20 million shares. my guess is that there will be some quite significant announcements in the near future.
The biotech sector is quite hot at the moment so it won't take much to move Patrys significantly. Look at Prima and dendreon (in the US) who are applying similar immune based therapies to cancer. This technology is certainly the way forward and patrys results to date have been incredibly promising. Patrys is not at end stage development yet but it has always been their goal to partner with a large pharma company at this early stage
