Goglenroy, dyor on asx code mbo using asx announcements, doesnt look like anything other than a fair arms length transactiom. but my comments regarding dutch ink selling that million may be incorrect, the latest substantial holding notice indicates jeff/mel/dutch ink are actually buying, maybe from each other but i seriously doubt it. basically its a great sign as it indicates that there isnt a 1m sell work order out there and our new substantial holder is still on the bid
