I agree with you Hardmano. The lack of a "level playing field" does grate with me also. Equally offensive is the use of the expression "sophisticated investors". How about "advantaged investors" or "favoured investors".

Nevertheless, as far as these things go, I think the raising at 55 cents is not too bad all considered. Without being overly confident, I think the capital raising will be well received by the market and the share price will head north of 70 cents. But yes, retail investors should have been given the opportunity of picking up shares at 55 cents also, just as BOW's capital raising included a shareholder component.
