I think we should be conscious of the financial markets at the moment. Really, everything is on a knife-edge worldwide and complete financial collapse of most countries is a remote but yet possible scenario. Taking an issue out to shareholders takes time.
It was only 4 months ago that I bought some ESGs at 20c and it wasn't long before that that they were 90c. Not that I'm that smart but the story was good even 4 months but the financial nervousness overwhelmed investors at that time and everyone sold everything. That can happen again very quickly, so raising money at this time when there is a lull in financial nervousness is probably a good move.
And it had to be priced so the takers had some built in insurance in case the markets dipped suddenly.
