we can argue the price and the lack of retail share offer but i suppose a retail share offer is messy, time consuming and could detract managements time and efficiency.
if this capital raising gives them 6 - 9 months of focus and cash to get reservers above expectations, then as Hardmano has previously calculated, ESG should be worth $2 or likely to be taken over if less than that
