I know most of you are annoyed, sure I am slightly when I bought at 71c the other day but at the end of the day it was one of those things that had to be done sooner rather than later. Look at it this way, say ORG,AOE,STO or another big company buy a lot of the shares and the SP goes down to 60 odd, ESG get backed by a quality company and we get the chance to pick up more shares in ESG at 60 odd. That IMO is a good outcome for all parties. Also by offering to "sophisticated investors" I think ads value to the company, I don't know about you guys but when I'm researching a company I always look at which companies have invested in them. If you see big companies as major shareholders it gives me a lot more confidence in a stock.

Anyway I think there is a good chance ORG might acquire a fair bit of ESG. I remember reading in article where ORG said it's cashed up and looking to buy.
