imo 55 cents is way too low but the ESG team would have looked hard to work out a price. ESG werE going to need the money in the near future and that eventually would have started to drag down the share price imo when announcement is made there will be an initial sharp drop in sp but by end of trading day sp still be close to 70 cents because s/holders know they are on a good thing & are unlikely to sell out unless they get margin calls & because the worry of finance to continue operations will no longer exist. :) Good to look on bright side now & again
