according to an earlier post it did not show that pen has been shorted, however it may take up to 48hrs to find out for sure...
there is a link on the asx somewhere, i dont follow the shoters much, yes they do give grief in the short term, however fundementally prr is pretty solid and so long as no drastic policy changes take place in the US i think we are on track.
based on India and Chinas response to nuclear power over the last few days, imo i cannot see USA doing things like Germany...
