If you asked the HC posters of PLS back in early 2015 if Pilgangoora was going to be a 120mt resource they would of told you your dreaming (with the expection of a few clued on posters, most were just hopefully investors). Having ridden the rollercoaster of averaging up / averaging down on on PLS and seeing the progress from a resource of 8mt to 120mt, I can understand a lot of posters frustrations when your looking at the Share Price of DKO.

But this type of investment into exploration companies requires a firm and disciplined approach... the announcement from DKO is a positive one, the thickness and nice grades is good... I don't think it could ever be as good as PLS's 120mt but im suggesting it could be 20-30mt resource, only further drilling will increase this.

DKO management may start off with a 10mt resource estimate but announce another drilling campaign concisdering they have found more pegamites in the region, (similar to exactly how PLS progressed).

I see a lot of value in getting into DKO in the near future and maybe today we hit the bottom support level? will wait for confirmation to enter.

DKO are apart of a massize Lithium/tantalum deposit.
They have cash (and Cash is King).

But they are also in the shadow of PLS, I can see heaps of potential value for PLS to take over DKO once drilling and resource have been defined or some kind of JV in the future. It just wouldn't be good business for either to have 2x processing plants in the close proximity or some kind of mutual agreement in place.

Think in a few years, that PLS,DKO and possibly AJM will be the 3 major companies producing lithium.. akin to RIO/BHP/FMG with iron ore.
