Can 4DS Management, the BOD or someone please explain, why it is so, when TSMC in 2014 became the world's first semiconductor company that began 20nm volume production, and in 2022, TSMC led the foundry to start 3nm FinFET (N3) technology high volume production, offering best power, performance, and area (PPA), and is a full-node advance from its 5nm generation.

That's CPU/logic gate node sizes. You're not comparing apples with apples.

Memory node sizes are larger. I believe the smallest node size for DRAM is about 10 nm and it's very challenging to achieve.
