I'm not sure about the ASX rules regarding Change of Holder announcements if a company already does this on their web site. TON has a Top 20 on their website. From what I can see from looking at the current Top 20 is that 7 of the smaller holders dropped out since the last annual report. Some participated in the CR and some did not. No new holders with more than 5%. The top 5 still hold about the same number give or take.
This tells me that the majority of the turnover recently is mainly smaller short term holders.
