My understanding of the dead cat bounce is as an analogy to the stock price.

i.e. imagine you're in a skyscraper and throw a cat out the window, it falls at first slowly but as it gathers speed hits a ledge (which effectively kills it) it then bounces up slightly (like the SP after the previous announcement). It then plummets to the ground.

Note that I do not think this will happen with TON. By the way Jimmy6 always posts this rubbish, seen him on other stocks...just put him on ignore.

Awoonga gives some good advice though, he is worth listening to.
