Well Tex you sure put a steep challenge ahead of yourself, to achieve $1.48 you're looking at a 6.9 fold increase in the current share price versus 1.7 fold for BQT to reach 39c - doesn't quite sound fair or am i detecting a bit of sarcasm. ;-)
Maybe you should both aim for 40c first as both stocks are trading right now around the same price...otherwise, first to hit 18c is the loser. Either way its bound to happen to one of them sooner of later.
Alright just adding some entertainment input into this challenge.
