Not quite guys, SP is one factor in a 2 factor equation.
The other being amount of shares on issue.
Ask the investors in the companies you are invested in if they are concerned about the market cap - or whether they look at the SP as a plus/minus to what they paid initially.....
i.e. A large CR to insto's only can dilute the hell out of your holding increasing the Market cap, but depressing the SP...as the insto's usually get a big discount to a manipulated 5 day VWAP.
Would you be happy in this case if the market cap is up but the SP is down compared to when you bought?
