Yeah well when hdr sunk the first well in chenquetti I believe oil was $ 45.00 a barrel.Also they had less shares on issue at that time than cue now, I stand to be corrected on that.
I don't think any one has suggested instead of the last CR a convertible note issue should have been used instead.
No one ever mentions the amount of shares on issue,( thats not quite true I think Peter Strahan did some time ago).
