Quite agree, and I share your feelings of frustration Tom!
The members of the EMA and CHMP seem to be an arrogant lot who don't believe they need to stick to their own rules. The fact that they insist all communication go through a third party (BSI in our case) is also irksome.
Considering their attitude I doubt they would respond to any request for information.
