Richard is taking a large parcel of his package as options on Rxm shares, his shareholding now combined with his wife’s and family funds is very substantial as can been seen in the annual report.
This increase in shareholding by Richard and other senior management gives me confidence in Rxm direction.
At least 8 of the top 20 are Rxm management.

This year Richard will have the opportunity to convert previous expectations into financial results, his hands have been tied in the past, this year he can show us his abilities.
