MEETING: PCT: Precinct announces closing date for director nominations
Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (Precinct) (NZX: PCT) announced today
that 8 October 2013 is the closing date for nominations by shareholders of
directors to be considered for election at the annual general meeting.
Nominations must be received by 5.00 pm 8 October 2013 and sent to:

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at
the annual general meeting to be held on 7 November 2013.
