PROGRESS MADE WITH ASX LISTING APPLICATION

On 30 May 2013, Metlifecare Limited advised that the company would seek an
ASX listing in order to enlarge its shareholder base.  Metlifecare has now
formally applied for listing and has lodged a compliance listing prospectus
with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission.  Metlifecare will
update the market further in the next few weeks once the ASX has considered
the listing application.
