RESIGNATION OF QPE DIRECTORS
Following the announcement on Friday 18 October 2013 that QPE Funds
Management ("QPE") has sold its remaining stake in Summerset Group Holdings
Limited, the company advises that Chris Hadley and Marcus Darville have
resigned from their positions as directors of the company, effective today.
"The Board thanks both Chris and Marcus for their valuable input and support
of Summerset" said Chairman, Rob Campbell.
"QPE's investment in Summerset has enabled the company to grow and has been a
great example of the important role private equity can play in supporting
businesses. The expertise brought to the table by QPE has been a key driver
for growth".
"Given the nature of private equity, we've always known QPE would not be here
forever. The company's strategy remains the same, and Chris and Marcus leave
Summerset as an established business that is growing solidly."
The directors of Summerset will be considering future needs of the Board's
composition and any changes in Board membership will be managed carefully to
ensure continuity of strategy and sound governance.
