Investment company Hellaby Holdings Limited ("Hellaby") confirms that each of
the following resolutions put to the Annual Meeting of Hellaby held on
Thursday 24 October 2013 was passed on a show of hands:
Ordinary Business
Resolution 1 Re-election of Mr G K Mollard
Resolution 2 Re-election of Mr S J Smith
Resolution 3 Re-election of Mr J H Maasland
Resolution 4 Authorisation for directors to fix remuneration and expenses of
auditors
