Chorus Limited is pleased to advise that all resolutions were passed by poll
at its annual meeting of shareholders held today in Wellington. The
resolutions were:
Resolution 1 - That Ms Sue Sheldon be elected as a director of Chorus.
For: 192,073,980 (99.89%)
Against: 206,292 (0.11%)
Abstain: 49,404
Resolution 2 - That Mr Clayton Wakefield be elected as a director of Chorus.
For: 192,196,861(99.96%)
Against: 80,966 (0.04%)
Abstain: 51,161
Resolution 3 - That the Chorus Board be authorised to fix the fees and
expenses of KPMG as auditor for the ensuing year.
For: 190,947,422 (99.30%)
Against: 1,337,812 (0.70%)
Abstain: 44,614
