BLIS Technologies raises $1.391 million

BLIS Technologies Limited advises that pursuant to its Share Purchase Plan
and Placement it has raised $1,391,000 issuing 139,100,000 fully paid
ordinary shares at $0.01.

Some 247 shareholders participated in the Share Purchase Plan. The new
shares allotted today rank equally with the existing ordinary fully paid
shares on issue.
