ISSUE OF SECURITIES BY VMOB GROUP LIMITED (VML)
VMob Group Limited advises that it has issued new shares as follows:
Class of Security: Ordinary Shares (VML).
Number issued: 17,000,000 ordinary shares at NZD 0.7 cents each fully paid.
Payment: Cash on subscription.
Percentage of total Class of Securities issued: 1.51% (of the total number
of ordinary shares on issue post completion of the issue).
Reason for the issue: Pursuant to the exercise of options allocated by deeds
dated 23 August 2012
Authority of issue: Director's Resolution.
Terms of issue: The new shares are credited as fully paid, and rank in all
respects equally with the shares already on issue.
