Further to the market announcement on 14 November BLIS Technologies Limited
advises that pursuant to a private placement it has now issued a further
60,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.01 per share raising $600,000.
The new shares allotted today rank equally with the existing ordinary fully
paid shares on issue.
