GFNZ GROUP DIRECTORSHIP CHANGES
Mr Peter Francis has resigned as a director and Mr Alan Hutchison has joined
the board of directors of GFNZ Group Limited including the Group's
subsidiaries companies (Quest Insurance Group Limited, Geneva Financial
Services Limited, Stellar Collections Limited, Geneva Nominees Limited and
Pacific Rise Limited). The board wishes to take this opportunity to thank Mr
Francis for his valuable contribution to the Group and wish him the very best
for the future and also want to welcome Mr Hutchison to the board.
