VMob Group Limited (the Company)

Statement to NZX Limited

Pursuant to clauses 9(2) and 9(3) of the Securities Act (NZX - Share and Unit
Purchase Plans) Exemption Notice 2010

A. For the purposes of the Share Purchase Plan of the Company that was
announced on 12 November 2013 and opened on 29 November 2013 (SPP), the
Company gives notice to NZX and to each applicant under the SPP that the
subscription price for VML ordinary shares (Specified Securities) under the
SPP is NZ$0.027 / AUS$0.024.

B. For the purposes of clause 9 of the Securities Act (NZX - Share and Unit
Purchase Plans) Exemption Notice 2010, we certify that when the subscription
price was fixed the Company had no information not publicly available that
would, or would be likely to, have a material effect on the market price of
the Specified Securities if the information were publicly available.
