GENERAL: LIC: Agria payment to LIC
Dairy farmer cooperative, Livestock Improvement (LIC) today confirmed that
Agria has repaid the $5 million principal outstanding on the loan from LIC
together with all interest owed up to this point.
The payment marks early settlement of the balance of a loan of $10 million
made by LIC to Agria in April 2011.
In December 2012, LIC announced that Agria had repaid $5 million together
with all interest with the balance of $5 million due on 5 March 2014.
