Reasons for the issue: Pursuant to a pro-rata renounceable rights offer of 2
new shares for every 15 existing shares held as at 5pm on 7 November 2013,
being the Record Date, as per registered Prospectus dated 23 October 2013 (as
amended by Memorandum of Amendments to registered Prospectus dated 25 October
2013), under which 35,560,814 shares were issued under the entitlement offer
and 1,797,823 shares were issued under the oversubscription facility.
