It's impossible to trade $215 as the smallest parcel you can buy is $500.
It'd be leftover from another trade, they've prob just dropped it to close the order.
Small unmarketable trades are usually part of a bigger trade, used a lot with bots and such to test the water and give impressions that there is a lot more going on than actually is, although I'd doubt this trade is part of a bigger plan like that.
