a) Beneficial ownership in respect of 46,667 restricted shares under the
Rakon Limited Employee Long Term Incentive Restricted Share Plan ceased upon
the sale of shares to ESOP Trustee Limited. This was subsequent to the
partial achievement of company performance hurdles under the Plan.
b) Beneficial ownership of 153,333 restricted shares under the Rakon Limited
Employee Long Term Incentive Restricted Share Plan ceased in accordance with
the rules of the Plan. This was subsequent to company performance hurdles
not being achieved under the Plan.
