ISSUE OF SECURITIES BY VMOB GROUP LIMITED (VML)
VMob Group Limited advises that it has issued new shares as follows:
Class of Security: Ordinary Shares (VML).
Number issued: 86,475,505 ordinary shares at NZD 2.7 cents each fully paid.
Payment: Cash on subscription by way of Share Purchase Plan
Percentage of total Class of Securities issued: 7.13% (of the total number of
ordinary shares on issue post completion of the issue).
Reason for the issue: To accelerate the company's international expansion
and the ongoing development of its technology platform.
Authority of issue: Director's Resolution.
Terms of issue: The new shares are credited as fully paid, and rank in all
respects equally with the shares already on issue.
Total number of securities of the Class in existence after the issue:
1,212,221,163
