Further to the NZX Regulation ("NZXR") decision relating to Allied Farmers
Limited dated 15 January 2014, NZXR has been advised that the number of new
shares to be issued to Speirs Group Limited is 14,678,487, not 14,799,167 as
recorded in the decision.
The number of new shares to be issued has been corrected in the attached
decision which replaces the decision released on 15 January.
