NOTIFICATION OF SETTLEMENT AND ALLOTMENT OF SECURITIES - SHARES
For the purposes of Listing Rule 7.12.1 of the NZX Listing Rules, Allied
Farmers Limited ("Allied Farmers") advises that the following securities are
to be issued:
a. Class of security Ordinary shares.

b. Number issued 14,678,487 ordinary shares.
c. Nominal value Not applicable.
Issue Price Partial satisfaction of an obligation owed by Allied Farmers.
d. Payment in cash Payment is by way of partial settlement of an obligation
owing to Speirs Group Limited by Allied Farmers.
e. Amount paid up Paid up in full.
f. Percentage of class of securities 16.17% of the total number of ordinary
shares on issue by Allied Farmers as at 30 January 2014 (the date of issue of
the new securities).
g. Reason for issue The issue is pursuant to the terms of the Deed of
Settlement between Allied Farmers and Speirs Group Limited as satisfaction of
an obligation owing to the Speirs Group Limited by Allied Farmers.
h. Authority for issue Directors' resolution dated 30 January 2014.
i. Terms of issue Not applicable.
j. Number of securities in existence after issue 105,470,925 ordinary
shares.
