    GENERAL

REL: 1215 HRS Auckland International Airport Limited

GENERAL: AIA: AIAL Auckland Airport announces new media partner

After a robust tender process, APN Outdoor has been confirmed as the new
advertising media partner at Auckland Airport.

The licence, which will come into effect on 1 November 2014, will see APN
Outdoor manage media at both the international and domestic terminals, as
well as the surrounding external road sites.

Richard Barker, Auckland Airport's general manager retail and commercial,
says the tender process saw a number of strong offers received but that APN
Outdoor proved to be the best fit with Auckland Airport.

"With 35 million visits occurring every year within the Auckland Airport
district and almost two thirds of all New Zealanders visiting Auckland
Airport at least once a year, there is an incredibly expansive and valuable
audience on offer here for any media partner."

"APN Outdoor offered a winning combination of experience, fresh ideas and a
commitment to developing new advertising that will be distinctively Auckland
    Airport," says Mr Barker.

"APN Outdoor will also have a particular focus on assisting in the
development of a strong sense of place for Auckland Airport and everyone who
spends time here. We are pleased to have them on board from November 2014
and look forward to the value their advertising will add to the airport
    environment."

Phil Clemas, APN Outdoor's General Manager - New Zealand, says, "Our success
in securing the Auckland Airport media contract will be a highlight of 2014
for us. Bringing this award winning airport into our portfolio of Outdoor
media gives our clients the best opportunity to connect with the highly
attractive airport audience. We look forward to commencing our partnership
with Auckland Airport and delivering head turning campaigns that command
    attention."

APN Outdoor will replace oOh! Media Ltd, who are the current media partner at
    Auckland Airport.

"oOh! Media (previously trading as EYE Corp.) was awarded the airport media
licence in 2004 and will continue to provide their services until 31 October
2014," says Mr Barker. "Since 2004, oOh! Media has been a fantastic media
partner and has completed an outstanding job of delivering high quality,
    credible airport media."

The licence awarded to APN Outdoor commences 1 November 2014. APN Outdoor
also holds advertising licences at Christchurch, Sydney, Perth, Brisbane and
    Canberra Airports.

APN Outdoor has operated in Australia and New Zealand for over ten years and
is a leading Outdoor company in both markets. With over 36,000 Outdoor sites
available, APN Outdoor works with major commercial partners in environments
such as Airport, Roadside and Rail, delivering value to both advertisers and
commercial partners alike. They are also Australia's largest Transit media
    provider with 95% coverage.

APN Outdoor is wholly owned by Quadrant Private Equity, one of Pacific-Asia's
most accomplished and reputable firms with over $1.5 billion worth of funds
    under their management.
