The Directors of Kirkcaldie & Stains Limited (the "Company") announce that
the Harbour City Centre building (the "Property") will be offered for sale.
The Property which is owned by the Company's wholly owned subsidiary,
Kirkcaldie & Stains Properties Limited, will be marketed by way of
International Tender. Bayleys - Capital Commercial 2013 Limited will act as
agent in the transaction.
In the event a satisfactory purchaser is identified and a sale and purchase
agreement entered into, the agreement will be conditional to the Company's
shareholders approving the sale.
