21c Buy or not?

    Hey guys,
    we are at 21c now, so do we buy or not?
    I'd love to believe that it's the bottom but who knows.
    I have to be honest and say that I did not put ton of $$ in AGO at 60c and who bought at $1 and did not sell well that must be painful .
    It seems like people are dumping the stock so I am not sure if I should get it yet.
