My understanding is that it isn't Circadian doing the selling. (sorry, i know that I said earlier on it probably was, but my information has changed).

Apparently 2million shares were sold off by one independent stock broking house that is NOT closely linked to Avexa. Some more general selling came from Commsec accounts and one other broker, but it appears that the major biotech-related brokers were mainly buyers over the past few weeks.

Can't reveal the source, but the company is apparently comfortable that the fundamentals haven't changed, remain optimistic about negotiations for a deal with big pharma and believe the company is very much undervalued at these prices

Neither here nor there I guess in terms of good news or bad.
