who said the share price has to be "capped" at 15c...?

i think the idea that this is somehow a giant "manipulation" is a fantasy

1) Funds liquidate cos they panic
2) nervous nellie shareholders panic and sell at the bottom

afraid thats pretty much it guys...no grand conspiracy, just markets repeating themselves.

the real question is why dont shareholder buy up and increase the VWAP price? surely the locking in of finance is good news and people should see this as being nearly de-risked?
