    placement was done at market price at the time
    which is actually far far better than 99% of placements done.
    seems to underly fact that CSE is starting to look very cheap.
    how did the broker sell the CSE story to the takers of the placement stock?
    could only have been a good story if there wasnt any discount in the price?
