also a lot of talk of lower grade feed-optimising pit at 50% cut-off,accessing below pit ore at higher cost/waste stripping ratios.reworking scalps/low grade stockpiles.benification plant etc.
It may sound a bit like their scraping the barrel.
plus new tenement is another 25k from the rail.nearly 3x travelling distance by truck.3x more vehicles for same ton movement to train.
then again 67kt by my calc of firmco fines found their way into year end shipments==$us6.7m.better than a kick in the behind.
As long as any rework is in addition to normal 2mil ton production,that's great
however,they did say they planned to process scalps and low grade stockpiled ore over the next 12mo thru the new benefiction plant.The total of that is around 1mil tons.
then look at processing lower grade ore from the pit.
who knows,that may end up with more than 2mil ton of sales,or more expensively processed 2 mil tons

time will tell.Or maybe an employee if you know one.
