I have been meaning to post this message as well. If you use your "if this is a good story why are people selling" logic , then really, there should be zero sellers on all stocks that have a good story.
Like a previous poster said, the money moves around and some traders don't want to hold so they switch to a stock that is in play and will then switch back to VRE when it starts its move.

You can't just look at the sell column and say "these guys are selling so they must know something we don't"
