Part of the reason is simple. We only had $5 million cash on hand at the end of December. We were still cash negative ie burning in to January. No one has yet to reveal if we are now cash positive although the company did indicate that it would be cash positive by late January.

People are understandably nervous about this companies cash position.


The receipt of the $22.5 million cannot be underestimated in reviving this company from its current status.
