The issue price is 80% of the VWAP or 20 cents - whichever is the greater.
If the average VWAP is 14 cents for the last 5 trading days before suspension then once consolidated on a 1 for 2 basis that becomes 28 cents. 80% of the VWAP is then 22.5 cents. That would then be the placement price.
