Haven't was previously in production, I think you'll find the bought the tenement with a making license.
Given the current trading halt, I think the announcement will be a cap raise for the other $10-12 million required to move it into production, some player who wants in and it in production by Q2 2017.
The size is still a big concern and why I still prefer IBG.
Who knows JD may be buying the mine with the Glencore bond with RVR holders taking the balance in IBG shares. unlikely though.
