I agree, I don't think there is a technical term worked out for what is Graphene,
I do really like how TLG has broken this up. It is very easy to follow, I hope it gets adopted.
I would really like to know what % of TLG production is either FLG or GNP,
Most of FGR graphene would be under the vFLG and FLG as per the TLG table, our Graphene's average is 4 layer @ 99.87% carbon, page 10 & 11 of link

I believe FGR are making improvements to the production unit, we may see further improvements.
