That "report" by The Guardian lacks any fact.

The Guardian never has fact, it is solely set up to
collect donations and subscriptions.

The so called subsidies are bulltish
no money changes hands.

The contract to build the rail includes provision for mines further north.
Till you are either ill informed or a nasty piece
of work spreading lies - like The Guardian.

The whole idea is that the rail corridor south can be used by everyone.

Roads are routinely funded by State Governments.
Or don't you understand that either.
