A post-tax IRR of 22% implies (p. 9 of the presentation) "Payback Period 18 months." This seems optimistic, what am I missing?
A `$500,000,000 construction price tag for a high arctic, massive project also seems optimistic.
Page 8 states "located adjacent to deep, protected water..." No mention of "port," "harbour." Is this a stranded deposit?
