hard to believe its nothing more than just a P&D ?

that's an expense way to push the up price by placing 18 million to buy at 3 clicks ($54K !), if you took that recent placement and had a P&D in mind, that 18 mill could get hit at anytime if its a dummy....no, feels more like a development of some sort,yet to be announced, but one never knows until after the event, unless of course you are privy to inside info ... anyobe brave enough to inform the rest on here what's going on ???
