It probably doesn't - but the drill chart says they are going to "condition, ream and wash" the section between plug #2 and #1, so perhaps they had to trip out and back in again for an equipment change - they are between 1.4 km and 2.3 km deep so it takes awhile to get the drill string out and back in again. This is just speculation on my behalf though.
